3. Develop basic business analysis tools using XL, Macros(Visual Basic) or MS Access to generate different analysis reports on the data collected in the data base. (Performance graphs, sales target vs actual, territory wise performance, sales executive wise performance, productivity analysis etc).

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of Databases
2. Expertise on advance XL skills, Macros programming, MS Access.
3. Knowledge of web based technologies (XML, HTML, Web 2.0) will be an added advantage.
4. Domain knowledge (experience on any of the ERP tools such as Oracle, SQL etc will be an advantage).

All Passports must have an “Emigration Clearance Not Required” in their Passport. Usually this is automatically given, so no stamp to this effect is shown in Passport. However, there must not be any entry specifically mentioning that Emigration clearance is required.
J/E’s who do not have their Yellow Fever Vaccination must take this at the Port Health Office in either Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai or Kolkata and bring the vaccination book/card with them to Mumbai.
J/E s coming to Mumbai must have their Passport & CDC with them.
J/E s coming to Mumbai will required to do their Psychometric & Company Medical Tests at their own cost
(Amounts (approx) Medical =Rs 2000/-, Psychometic = Rs 700/-)
These J/E s will also be required to attend a compulsory Marine Environmental Protection Course (in-house)
ENGINEERING SKILLS WORKSHOP will be organised.
Any pending documentation etc must be completed during your time in Mumbai. However, taking into account any unplanned contingencies,(Visa application appointments etc) it is advisable for cadets to make appropriate arrangements for their stay for upto 12-14 days.
It need not be stressed that all MSC sponsored J/Es are expected to be smartly dressed at all times when visiting the Office – smart shirt, pant, tie, polished shoes and short hair. Sikh candidates must wear a turban. Documents are required in the list above must all be properly checked prior to coming so that the entire procedure is completed in the shortest possible time with efficiency and discipline.
