Location: Mumbai, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Orissa, Delhi NCR, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Chandigarh.

Package: 1.8 Lakhs to start

Profile

Qualifications – Graduate Engineer

- Mechanical/ Civil

- Electrical

With atleast 60% aggregate

Experience (in order of preference)

Fresher

Area of Experience (In order of preference)

Not Required

Knowledge of English (In order of preference)

- Excellent

- Good

Other Preferences

- Should have good knowledge of Windows/MS Office

- Should have good command over English/Hindi/Regional languages

- Should have flair for above job profile like:

Awkward working times

Additional skills like communication/interpersonal/negotiating are must

Career Path

- The selected candidate shall undergo a training for 12 months as per the

guidelines of IRDA

- On successful completion of training the candidate shall be eligible to

appear for written examinations conducted by Insurance Institute of India

- On passing the same the candidate shall be eligible for a getting a license

from IRDA, after which he/she shall be absorbed as 'Associate Surveyor' in

Assistant Manager Grade

- Candidate can then rise through ranks of Branch Manager, Regional

Manager, Country Head (Product specific) and can go on to become

Country Head – Operations (for overseas countries) in 2 to 10 years of time

purely depending upon individual performances
