Salary:                                   INR 120,000 PA

Job Description:                To inspect apartments / bungalows / row houses / offices and undertake physical measurements

                                                To identify the construction stage of under-construction developments and proposed date of completion

                                                Market research pertaining to current sale transactions including interactions with local real estate operators to ascertain the market

                                                Preparing detailed valuation report and data back-up sheet

                                                To take photographs of the property
