Job title - Associate Software Engineer:

 

Qualification - B.E (Computer / IT) or M.C.A or M.S.C/B.S.C in IT or PGDST/CDAC.  1st division (i.e. > 60% average) without any KT or backlog.

 

Key skills –

 

●             Familiarity with ASP. Net  (C#/VB.NET) Ajax, OOP, SDLC, SQL server, MySql, 

●              Knowledge of SQL or MSSQL server 6.5 / 2005 / 2008.

●              Sound OOA, OOD, OOPS concepts

●              Familiarity with full SDLC

●              Experience in developing web based applications or any related project is a plus

●              Knowledge of source control – Visual Source Safe / Team Foundation Server.

 

You shall be responsible for the given below activities on a project or task assigned:

 

1.                   Analysis

2.                   Designing

3.                   Coding

4.                   Testing and Quality Assurance

5.                   Developing and maintenance of existing retail based application which                

                      includes enhancing / adding modules and fixing of bugs etc

6.                   Involvement in developing new applications altogether

7.                   Start to end tracking of the project

 

Non technical / Soft skills –

 

●              Must possess well project management skills

●              Effective communication skills – oral & written, ability to work in teams

●              Good Interpersonal skills, Great aptitude, Great enthusiasm & willingness to  

                learn, clarity in technical concepts
