EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
Science graduates from various disciplines like Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Biology, with in-depth knowledge about their subject .Freshers and candidates with maximum 2 years of experience can also apply for this program. As extensive travel is required for this position we prefer male candidates for this batch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing and developing sales and collection at customer level for complete range of reagents and instruments.
Achieving the assigned sales budgets, initiate cold calls to find prospects within assigned territory; convert the leads profitably on time.
Building strong positive relationship with customer and monitoring customer profile and new developments to ensure retention of present sales.
Continuous update of customer data, competitor data, management of entire territory data and its usage to increase sales and improve service.
Ensuring timely collections.
Providing timely service to customers.
They will work in process driven environment and implement best practices. Performance will be measured in terms of pre defined financial and non financial goals on regular basis. The performance will be analyzed to map the competency gaps, training needs, and future role of the candidate.
We expect the candidate to move into front line managerial position in two years and second line manager in 5 years. Detailed evaluation and future career path will be discussed every year in detail with the candidates.
