We are bringing the opportunity to be a part of the leading band in the 1st Level Assurance department of Ericsson India Global Services.

•          1st Level Operations service function is an entry point for incident, technical escalation and responsible for the execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and delivered at standard performance levels.

•          Overall network monitoring is done by 1st Level Assurance. Any event that  leads to network service incident is categorized, prioritized assigned to relevant teams for resolution. Further follow ups for resolution is also performed by this function. This function not only monitors the events that lead to service discontinuity, but also the events that may later lead to network service incidents. Additionally this function also monitors, in some cases, performance metrics of the network and then follow up for resolution.

•          It performs continuous resource status and performance monitoring to promptly detect possible failures. It is responsible to handle trouble reports or calls received from the Operator's Customer Care Center or Service Desk (or from internal Service Desk) and ensures 1st level restoration of incidents.

 

 Position – Telecom Support Engineer - Off roles (On Contract- Extendable)

                     Candidate should be willing to work in shifts 24x7 Environment (including Night shifts), with good communication skills.

                 Salary Take home Rs.12, 000 per month. Apart from that there are night shift allowances of Rs.200 for per night shift.

 

 Location – Mumbai

 Qualifications – B-Tech – Electronics and Communication (2014 Batch).

10th & 12th 60% and above in the academics, 

Graduation Regular 60% and above in academics.

 Interview Process- Written Test Followed by Interview.
