We have  requirement for our Operations and Head Office roles. candidates with high energies, analytical skills, multilingual, communication skills and willing to travel extensively would be ideal fit for the role. Please find the JDs of two such roles, in the attachment.

 

We will be initially offering them the designation as " Executive Trainee". Post successful completion of their training, their final placement will be confirmed based on their skills sets and performance during training. Post placement, the candidate would be handling 4 to 6 branches and team of 20 people.

 

Salary range for Cluster Manager  Manager: 3LPA Fixed

Eligibility – MBA ( Marketing and Finance and Rural Management – if any  )
