3 D Modeling in Solid Works or Solid Edge  or Pro-e is essential

Modelling of SPM and Parts.

Machining processes like VMC, Wire Cut, Grinding, DRO, Milling, Spark erosions etc

Knowledge of Pneumatic & Hydraulics .

Capacity to visualize and create diff mechanical designs.

Knowledge of Links, Mechanisms, Cams, Types of Transmissions

Knowledge of Materials and their properties

Basic Knowledge of Electrical and Electronics

Added Advantage for Knowledge  of-

Concept preparation /schematics presenation

2D conversion / Drafting

Knowledge of  Machining sequence / operations

PLC programming

Knowledge of Metrology

Servo Motors , Drives,
