ABOUT PINCLICK: Pin Click is one among the largest property advisory firm in the residential segment with offices in Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai. We advise clients on investing in residential properties of Tier 1 Developers like Kolte Patil, Hiranandani, Godrej, Lodha, L&T, Shapoorji, Prestige, Sobha, Brigade, and Purvankara among others. We also manage the real estate residential assets of owners and provide assistance in property management. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation. Job Description – Property Advisor
Property Advisor: The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in various residential projects of Tier 1 developers. This involves clients management i.e he need to get in touch with the clients which company provides and suggest the properties which suits their requirement.
*TWO WHEELER MANDATORY* *MALE CANDIDATES ONLY*
COST TO COMPANY FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEMENT:
TOTAL EXPECTED CTC - 6, 02, 000 INR Per Annum
(i.e.: 4, 22, 000 Fixed amount + 1, 80, 000 variable amount) *Post Probation.
1) There will be a training of 7-10 days (Classroom and Field training) followed by a written test and presentation, post which the student will be employed on a permanent basis.
2) During the probation period of 6 months you will be paid fixed salary of Rs. 31,000/- per month. Total CTC= 3,72,000 INR.
3) Post probation period you will be entitled to fixed salary of 4,22,000 INR per annum, plus your incentives based on your performance.
4) Fixed salary includes Rs 4000-6000* per month. *Minimum 50-75 meetings per month. Leads are provided by the company. (Applicable for during and after probation).
5) The variable pay / Incentives: Start at 15,000 INR per month (potential 1, 80, 000 per annum), this will be applicable from your day 1 based on the conversions/sales.
