We once again reiterate that we are proud to have your esteemed institution as our partner.

Being true to the promises we made during the initiation of this partnership we are trying our best to help your students secure good placements in the current scenario where jobs have dried up. (Refer attached articles). As you all know that all the sectors have been badly hit by the recession and the biggest hit has been the recruitment process as most of the companies have seized their hiring process. Currently the industry is not sure of the revival times. There are only few sectors like ITES, Insurance etc who are active.

We have managed to get some top companies in India (we will send a detailed list of companies with job profiles available with them shortly) who would like to recruit from your talent pool. However there is no guarantee that they would recruit a certain number of candidates for sure or visit your campus. The decision to hire depends primarily on the assessment results and the concerned organization’s related hiring processes. Hiring is on the sole discretion of the companies. We would also share detailed job descriptions of job profiles available with these organizations.

We strongly advice candidates to take this assessment as we would share the results and profile with more companies as they come also they should appear for the interviews, if shortlisted, as this would be their chance to step into the corporate world. This test is available free of cost to the candidates.

The dates on which the assessment would be held are March 5,6and 7; we plan to keep the timing flexible and leave it on you to decide the time of the test as per availability of the computer lab as maximum students should appear for the test at one go. Each computer needs minimum 50kbps of bandwidth for this test, so if you have a 1MBPS connectivity (dedicated), at one time let there should not more than 20 candidates giving the test. Please inform us before hand as to how & when are you planning the sessions. We will share the process of the test in the next week. You will need to appoint an administrator for taking the online attendance of the students at the time of the assessment. Please share the name, phone no and email ID of the appointed person.

The registration process would start from Wednesday, February 25, 2009. We would share a link with you the students can register themselves online on the given link; immediately after registration they would be provided with a digital admit card and they would require to take a printout of the same. The link would be active till Saturday, February 28, 2009 midnight. Please advise your students to register themselves in the given time frame.

We would require coordination from your technical team for smooth conducting of the assessment; hence it is solicited that you keep a couple of technical people around during the examination process.

Corresponding to our last conversation; we are pleased to share the details of the registration and the assessment process with you.

The link for registration in http://220.226.207.43/win/test/register.jsp Students can access this link on the internet and register them for the placement initiative; the students should keep in mind that their scores would be shared with all associated companies so they should surely register and appear for the assessment. The registration link would be active from Wednesday, February 25, 2009 to Saturday, February 28, 2009 midnight.

The assessment would consist of four sections and all the questions would be objective:

· English (Grammar and Language) – 15 Questions
· Numerical Ability – 15 Questions
· Reasoning and Logical Ability – 10 Questions
· General Knowledge – 10 Questions

The assessment duration would be 90 minutes. Students can use sheets of paper and pen for rough work and at the end of the examination they will have to submit the rough sheets to the invigilator; the invigilator also has to make sure that students do not use any sort of unfair means and practices during the examination process.
