uksh Technology Pvt Ltd (STPL) is a group company incepted in April, 2008 and headquartered in Bangalore and having the branch office is Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai, the Indian startup hub. STPL is seed funded (~ 1.5 Million dollars) by one of the Director of South City Projects Kolkata, INDIA and ex-veteran from Goldman Sachs, USA. STPL is formed to develop various technology and web solutions primarily focusing Indian PC and Internet users, starting with realty vertical.
We right now require 5 bright candidates to join us immediately as Management trainee – Sales. During their 6 months training they will be paid remuneration of Rs.12000 and after the completion of the training they will be positioned as Asst. manager – sales where they will be entitled to 2.4 LPA, with other allowances eg. Incentives, insurance etc.
Other details of profile:
JD :
· Sell all type of financial leads and other leads to respective clients
· Sell Web designing, web development and related solutions.
· Sell SMS and E mailers Services
· Sell 100 nest.com Online Advertising solutions to Small & Medium Business (SMB) clients.
· Sell the Classifieds & YP advertising solutions to SMB clients, including a range of ‘Response Guaranteed’ solutions - being the only one in media to offer the same.
· Largely use Suksh given database to sell to prospective clients in a particular city zone or group of localities (Bike is a must).
· Tap key categories of customers including Real Estate, Travel, Rental, PG, Computers, Training & Coaching, Home Services & Financial Services clients in your city for these online advertising solutions.
· Opportunity to learn Internet Advertising - which is fast growing in India, and advertisers are moving away from print to online advertising.
· Exciting incentives - including double-counting of fresh customer sales done through appointments of direct sales team members.
Desired Profile:
· Good communication skills in English.
· Ability to think on the feet and get large volume of orders every week / every month.
· Team working capability - including closely working with assigned telesales team members, who will fix appointments in that zone / group of localities .
