Company is looking for Bright, Young, Result Oriented Biomedical/ Electronics & Telecommunication candidates with knowledge of Computers for the Post of Sales Engineers & / Service Engineers for various locations (Job profile is posted on MGM group mail). We would like to inform you that we intend to Select 4 Candidates for our Mumbai Branch office.
1) Service Engineer : 1 nos
2) Sales & Service Engineer : 3 nos
Company Terms: "This is to inform you that our pre requisite for fresher is a 3 year agreement. This is a mutual agreement in which candidate accepts to the condition of not leaving the organization before the period of 3 years. You will appreciate, we are not a training Centre (where training is imparted after charging fee) & would like the candidate to contribute to the organization, in return after the training is imparted to them. Please note we are entering into an agreement not a bond. A bond is always one sided whereas in agreement the candidate commits to serve the organization for minimum of 3 years & after which minimum growth in terms of remuneration for 1st year/2nd year & 3rd year (as mentioned below) for the period of 3 years is committed by us. In case of candidate breaking the agreement, he or the guarantor shall be liable to pay us the sum of Rs. 5 lacs."
1st Year Salary : 15K
2nd Year Salary : 18K
3rd Year Salary: 24K
Fresher's
DA's: As per Company's Norms
Incentives: As Per Service Rules
For Experienced Candidates, Salary & Perks shall be commensurate with their respective Qualifications & Experience.
