Salary Structure-Trainee Engineer

Years Annual CTC          Monthly CTC

                  Ist 6 months IInd 6 months

Ist Year 1.73 Rs.     13,000/-          Rs. 13,000/-

IInd Year 1.91 Rs.     14,000/-          Rs. 15,000/-

Rs. 20,000/- as retention bonus

Note:

Retention Bonus is payable on completion of Second year of Service. Rs.10000 is added for each year

Gratuity is Payable on completion of 5 years. 15 days salary is added to the salary.

Rs.25,000 is payable for Training before Joining and it is refunded on completion of 1 year of service.
