Achieve sales target

Receive inquiries through Zonal Head and  contact leads

Develop list of potential customers

Follow up on sales leads and contact potential customers

Establish and maintain contacts(industry mates) that lead to sales

Acquire customers segment wise -houses, schools etc

Deliver architect presentations and carry out negotiations

Act to close sales and finalise the order

Create periodical reports and MI

Coordinate with costing department, installation and survey teams

Build and maintain long term and ongoing relations with customers

Maintain good working knowledge of the product and the costing process

 

Over & above the 3 lacs CTC you shall be entitled to the following 

Co Car

Mobile expense
