Job Title: Corporate Trainer/ Academic trainer / Content developer

Qualification: ME/MTech students 2015, 2016 batch (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, EXTC)ME students who have completed their Sem-I and appearing for Sem-II can apply

Work Location: Mumbai

Experience: Fresher's are welcomed but candidates having prior teaching experience in Diploma / Engg colleges are preferred.

 

Salary: Upto 5 Lacs PA (Based on Interview performance and  teaching experience if any)

 

Roles and Responsibilities:Training to our clients, preparation of training and course material, delivering timely lectures as per the planning. Analyze and update the content accordingly to improve the Return on Investment. Validating contents for accuracy and usability using support communications and ensure adherence to goals set by the higher officials.

To find out the right place for the placement of contents in the website to develop the business. Design and develop digital training content through video recording for remote delivery of lectures.

 

Skills Required:

Good subject knowledge of relevant engineering stream.

·         Excellent oral communication skill , writing skills, good listening skills, multi-tasking skill  and  ability to work individually are common skills expected as corporate trainer and content developer.

·         Should be able to think and solve critical issues creatively and help increase ROI of the business.

·         An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly

·         Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.

·         An understanding of keywords and meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc.

 

Placement Schedule:  Company Presentation, Subject test - 30 min, Technical Interview, 5 min Demo, HR Interview
