JOB TITLE / DESIGNATION: Customer Service Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling complaint management through Job/ PM/FM modules in CRM
Software including
A- Receiving complaint, interacting with complainant, registering
complaint, generating job no:, advising job no: to complainant.
B- Ensuring approvals have been received for Jobs in to be Approved
stage
C- Ensure that PM jobs logged and assigned
D -Ensuring that FM jobs are logged and job numbers generated are
advised to State in Charge FM for assigning
E -Updating data in Track web except for AMC contract related Data
F - Ensuring entry of all Service Reports through Data Entry Operator
G - Changing job status from completed to closed stage
H - Preparing estimates for billable jobs and obtain approval from
customer before it's execution.
